Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows (not showing up without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late-cancellation fee may apply.
